Change the subjects, forms and school details Twiga holds for you, and prove the change actually saved. A settings change that arrives as a friendly sentence did not happen.
Your profile decides what Twiga assumes about every question you send. If it thinks you teach Geography and you have moved to Book Keeping, its answers keep drifting back to the wrong subject.
Send this on its own. Nothing before it, nothing after it.
settingsCapitals do not matter. Settings works the same way. What does matter is that the word is alone in the message and has no slash in front of it.

That is the real menu. It is short and it gives you two buttons and nothing else. It always carries the line This is an automatic message 🦒. That line is how you know it is the real one. The invented menus never carry it.
Open these forms in the WhatsApp app
Both buttons open a form, and forms open in the WhatsApp app on your phone. Sendsettings from there and you can tap straight through.Type this word for word after any settings change.

You are teaching Geography 🌎 for Form 1, Form 2, Form 3, and Form 4.
Read the answer against what you ticked. Check the subjects and the forms. If the answer still shows the old profile, the change did not go through. Open settings and do it again on your phone.
/settingsopens nothing. It does not say “command not found” either. The slash turns your command into an ordinary question, and Twiga answers it by inventing a settings form that does not exist.

Nothing in that exchange reached your profile. Four things in it were invented:
The made-up profile held inside the chat for about two hours. That is what makes it convincing. A teacher who checks straight afterwards gets the fake answer confirmed back to them.
The one sentence to remember
A settings change that arrives as a sentence never happened. A real change comes as a button, then a form, then silence. The only proof is the question you ask afterwards.Ask Twiga your name or the school you teach at and it will decline. It says it does not have access to your personal details, and points you at settings.
It does hold a name, though. It greets you by the name stored in Personal Info. That may not be your WhatsApp name, and it may not be the name you want. You cannot ask to see it. Open settings, tap Personal Info, and read what the form already has in it.
A wrong name is not a wrong profile
Being greeted by the wrong name is annoying, not harmful. Being on the wrong subject or the wrong form changes every answer you get. Check the subjects first.
