Troubleshooting & Limits
You asked for something and nothing came back. This page tells you which waits are worth it, and gives you the one sentence that gets your content anyway.
Twiga has two ways of working. It can write an answer straight into the chat, and it can generate one with a tool. The writing works. The tools are the part that breaks. When a lesson plan or an exercise never arrives, the fastest fix is to ask for the same thing in writing.
Copy this and send it. Nothing else on this page is as useful.

Twiga does this to itself
Once, after its own tool failed, Twiga wrote: “The exercise tool had an issue, Edgar. Let me write the printable worksheet directly here for you instead.” If it knows the trick, you can ask for it.Twiga sends a short message while it works. These messages are not all worth the same. A hold that names a wait time is a promise. A hold that only says “please hold” promises you nothing.

If you chase a missing answer, Twiga may tell you it already sent it. It can even list what was in it. That does not mean it exists.

Nothing had been sent. All four items were invented. So scroll up and look at the chat yourself. If the content is not there, it does not exist.
Do not argue with it. Ask for the same thing in a different form instead. Try give me the printable version. In the real chat, that is what finally produced the missing lesson plan.
Two sentences look like the end of the road. Neither one is.
A third sentence is a different problem
Sorry, I only understand textual messages. That one is not a failure. It means you sent a voice note, a photo or a file, and Twiga only reads typed text. See What Twiga Cannot Do.
When a message errors, that turn can drop out of Twiga’s memory of the conversation. It may then talk about the topic before it, as if your question never happened.
Send the same message again, word for word. In the real chat it worked on the second send. Rewriting a good request loses the wording that was already fine.
One error is normal. Retry it. If the same thing fails across a few days, write to dev@ai.or.tz, the support address in Twiga’s own error message. Say what you asked for, on what date, and what came back.
Do not depend on a tool
If the material is for tomorrow, ask for it in writing from the start. Written content arrives in seconds and never sits in a queue.
